Camp Create Jr. Bugs & Butterflies

Camp Create, Jr is for preschool children ages 3-years (potty trained) to 5-years (pre-kindergarten).
This camp offers theme-based activities that are developmentally appropriate. Each day includes games, arts/crafts, literacy, music and theatre experiences. Bring a snack each day.

Insects outnumber humans 200 million to ONE! Their brilliant colors, weird shapes, crazy eyes, creepy & cool diversity sparks a lot of creativity. Study, paint & sculpt bugs from magnified pictures. Find beneficial bugs and learn how to be a good host to butterflies!
Friday Funday is at a Westmont master gardener’s butterfly garden (family responsible to pick up & drop off) from 10am-1pm, learn what plants butterflies need, see Monarch cocoons, watch many butterflies. Don’t forget to pack your lunch for the garden picnic!
