Palm Tree Silhouette - Stress Relief Art Workshop

Learn how to use art to slow down and enjoy the present! In this class student will learn or practice mindfulness exercises to do while doing art. Students in this class will be painting a silhouette of a palm tree to bring calm to their busy lives. Class partnership with Croyle-Nielsen Therapeutic Associates.
